Job Summary

Provide customer support via inbound calls, Line OA chat, and email. Receive customer issues and create/manage tickets in the system. Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance on application usage, GPS systems, and related devices. Coordinate with relevant teams (e.g., IT or technical teams) to resolve customer issues. Follow up on case status until resolution and keep customers informed. Record case details and update progress in the CRM system. Prepare summary reports on cases, including ticket volume, status, and resolution outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service/Call Center/Customer Care/Help desk
  • Fair Command of English (Read and Write E-mail)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
  • Hands-on and a positive attitude
  • Team player, with a high level of energy and able to work independently
  • Able work under pressure, coordination skill, multi-tasking, service-minded
