Job Summary
Manage daily customer contact across phone, email, social media, and WhatsApp to support pet owners with questions, advice, and insurance guidance. Identify customer needs to drive retention and convert commercial opportunities into new policies while maintaining accurate records. Deliver empathetic service rooted in deep pet knowledge, ensuring all communications reflect Figo Pet values. This role requires at least one year of telephone customer service experience, strong Dutch and English communication skills, and availability for 32 hours per week. The position is based in Amsterdam with a 50/50 hybrid work arrangement and includes a monthly salary between €2800 and €3300.
Required Qualifications
- MBO + werk- en denkniveau
- tenminste 1 jaar werkervaring in telefonische klantenservice
- uitstekende communicatie-skills in Nederlands en Engels
- minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar
- een gezonde dosis humor en enthousiasme
- niet allergisch voor honden
- de diploma's WFT Basis en Schade Particulier of je bent bereid deze binnen 1 jaar op onze kosten te behalen
- Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG)
Desired Qualifications
- ervaring met outbound telefonische verkoop is een pré
- (para)veterinaire kennis is een pré
- bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in de Verzekeringsbranche
