Job Summary
Customer Care Manager to oversee daily healthcare IT customer support operations, lead the Technical Support team, ensure SLA adherence and high customer satisfaction, drive process improvements, coordinate with Production, Sales, and Project Management, support presales with technical inquiries, and provide regular reporting. Responsibilities include team supervision, training and development on PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, and other healthcare IT standards, knowledge-sharing sessions, and occasional travel to client sites for escalated issues or major deployments. Skills include leadership, communication, problem-solving, CRM (Salesforce) proficiency, SQL/VMware/Windows Server, ITIL/CDIP/CIIP, and hands-on experience with system integrations and support escalation workflows.
