Job Summary
Maintain business relations with existing company customers and ensure smooth customer service while working in cooperation with colleagues to solve problems and ensure on-time delivery. Ensure timely and effective claim and demurrage management, administer international transportation documents, and analyze customer KPI to identify opportunities for improvement. This role requires at least one year of customer service experience, fluency in English (Russian is an advantage), and strong negotiation and time management skills. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 1930 EUR to 2420 EUR gross plus bonuses, alongside benefits including growth opportunities, a modern office with recreation areas, and employee-exclusive restaurant pricing.
