Required Qualifications

  • 8-10 years experience
  • English & Tamil language proficiency
  • Experience in customer care operations
  • People management skills (span of control 20+)
  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM or order management systems
  • MS Excel for reports
  • Office software proficiency (MS Office)
  • Ability to prepare regular management reports
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
