Job Summary
Customer Care Lead responsible for documenting customer complaints and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution within defined TATs, coordinating with customers and internal teams via email, phone, and WhatsApp; managing a large team (20+ span of control); handling logistics and delivery management; providing regular data and reports to support decision-making; leveraging ERP/CRM/order management systems and MS Excel for reporting; requiring English and Tamil language proficiency and strong communication skills to maintain customer satisfaction while collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Labs, MSP, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years experience
- English & Tamil language proficiency
- Experience in customer care operations
- People management skills (span of control 20+)
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM or order management systems
- MS Excel for reports
- Office software proficiency (MS Office)
- Ability to prepare regular management reports
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
