Job Summary
Collaborate with the Customer Care team to explain product features and service modes to clients. Verify warranty products and technical center diagnostic tools using rugged tablets. Ensure various forms of assistance are delivered via phone, email, social media, and in-person. Prepare and configure portfolio products prior to client handover. Manage direct support tickets and solve problems while communicating effectively with customers. Requires a driver's license for occasional company vehicle transfers.

- Customer Care team
- brief experience in call centers/technical assistance
- ability to manage direct support tickets with the customer
- dynamic and willing
- basic knowledge of the English language
- basic knowledge of the Office package
- problem solving abilities
- interpersonal communication management
- previous experience within a Customer Care team
- ability to work in a synergistic manner
- Driver's license B
