Job Summary
Provide customer care to national and key clients by liaising with customers and making outgoing calls to organise new jobs and build rapport to enable ongoing customer excellence. Core duties include drawing up contracts for services, processing purchase orders, planning and booking technician jobs for smooth client service, daily liaison with customers, efficiently resolving client enquiries, supporting the Customer Services, Sales and Operations teams to achieve targets, and making outgoing calls to promote products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/ administration/ account management)
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work autonomously
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Love working in a team environment
- The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, as well as background checks.
