Job Summary
Customer Care Executive (Laboratory) role handling daily sample receiving, registration, sorting and after-sales service with clients; assist walk-in clients and inbound calls for lab test enquiries including providing quotations; communicate with clients on sample submission and related issues; coordinate the lab testing process between Lab, Admin, Sales & Billing; liaise with SGS affiliates for subcontract work overseas; handle any tasks assigned by superiors.
