Job Summary
Customer Care Executive Cum Food Sampling Specialist responsible for day-to-day customer inquiries, scheduling and executing sampling activities, and overseeing sample handling from collection to registration. Drives business growth through effective customer engagement, builds and maintains long-term Key Accounts, collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and identifies opportunities to promote SGS services. Conducts sampling across food, water, swab, and air matrices per SGS SOPs; performs hygiene audits; ensures proper labeling and timely submission of samples to the laboratory; monitors KPI compliance for response time and service quality. Travel to client sites when required. Requires a minimum Diploma in Science, Customer Care, or related field, 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged), and the ability to work independently. Remote work is not indicated; position is in-person in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
