Job Summary
Customer Care Coordinator at Servco’s centralized call center handles inbound and outbound calls to schedule vehicle service across Hawaii dealerships. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling appointments by phone, following up on email/online requests, documenting service needs, coordinating shuttle or loaner service, resolving customer issues, and maintaining regular customer communication with reminders and status updates. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong communication and listening skills, ability to multi-task under pressure, basic computer proficiency with a 25 wpm typing speed, and availability for a full-time schedule Monday through Saturday (9:00am–6:00pm). Location: Honolulu, Hawaii. Pay range: $19.42–$24.36 per hour. Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free Workplace.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure

- Must be flexible to work a full-time schedule between Monday through Saturday
