Job Summary
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat while resolving product and service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, and expediting solutions. Collect customer information to recommend potential products or services to management based on analyzed needs. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality while functioning in a fast-paced environment to support Agri Beef's direct-to-consumer ecommerce division. Available Monday through Sunday with overtime opportunities, offering on-the-job training and employee meat discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multitask and function in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be available Monday through Sunday (primarily Monday through Friday standard business hours) at various times based on the monthly schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience a plus, but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism and/or Business preferred, but not required
