Job Summary
Customer Care Coordinator position in the cannabis-store environment focusing on telephonic customer service for patrons and patients. Responsibilities include providing accurate, helpful customer service, answering/directing inquiries, leading tours of the sales floor, detailing patient/member benefits and discounts, complying with product-handling procedures and regulatory standards, maintaining store cleanliness, operating a cash register/POS, and collaborating with the team to meet sales, guest-satisfaction, and compliance goals. Desired skills include strong computer, language, and reasoning abilities; bilingual in Spanish preferred; ability to multitask over the phone; occasional local travel; and a High School diploma/GED with Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong emphasis on professionalism, ethics, and regulation adherence within a retail cannabis context.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center setting
