Job Summary

Provide outstanding customer service to patrons and patients telephonically and in-store, educate clients about products, lead tours of the sales floor, maintain knowledge of member benefits, discounts, and promotions, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, operate the cash register and POS system, stock and maintain store cleanliness, and work as part of a team to meet sales and compliance goals. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with 2+ years of call center experience; bilingual Spanish preferred; occasional local travel may be required. The role is based in Woodbridge, VA and is part-time.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center setting
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
