Job Summary
Customer Care Coach providing one-on-one coaching in structured sessions to support personal progress and well-being. You’ll guide participants through scheduled sessions using program tools and technology (training provided), help with journaling, gratitude, goal setting, and habit-building, and prepare daily plans to maximize value. You’ll track progress, update internal records, and create a calm, welcoming environment where people feel supported. Requires 2+ years of professional experience, strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, and authorization to work in the United States.
