Job Summary
Customer Care Associate at SafeSplash swim school, on-site in Bellmore, NY. Must provide energetic, customer-focused service to families with children; work in a high-energy, child-focused environment; participate in staff meetings and training; comply with safety standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, ability to multi-task, comfort around water and children, ability to lift 30 lbs, and CPR/First Aid/AED within 30 days (lifeguard certification preferred, swim experience preferred). Job is part-time with weekday, weeknight, and weekend availability; on-site location in Bellmore, NY.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in and around water, with children and parents
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 30 days of hire (training available)
- Lifeguard certification is preferred
- Prior swim experience is preferred
