Customer Care Associate, Part Time Day Shift

Performs general administrative duties and customer service. Assists in all aspects of front office functions to provide quality service to patients and staff. Provides communication, information, assistance and coordination for all customer requests in designated facility location. Provides patient care support. Maintains excellent customer service. Handles phone calls, admits patients into clinic, manages chart preparation, verifies insurance and patient information, processes referrals and authorizations, supports billing and data entry, and assists in keeping clinic operations smooth and clean. Works under supervision of a clinician/specialty team and participates in ongoing improvements to clinic operations.
