Job Summary
Customer Care Associate handles inbound/outbound calls and email inquiries, coordinating order-related requests, escalations, and customer service issues to ensure high satisfaction. Responsibilities include processing orders, addressing pricing and service inquiries, proposing alternative solutions to expand relationships with the field, collaborating with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to determine ETAs for deficient products, documenting interactions, and maintaining timely follow-up. Requires the ability to explain complex issues clearly, gather data requirements from customers, and coordinate with data analysts and cross-functional teams to fulfill customer needs. Requires professional, ethical conduct and strong English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in MedDevice/Manufacturing industry preferred
- Experience working with Oracle, Agile and Salesforce preferred
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, inquiries, and order-related requests
- Ability to collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to determine ETAs
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
