Job Summary
The Customer Care Associate role centers on strengthening customer retention through face-to-face and virtual interactions, aligning customer needs with service agreements, and serving as the primary contact for customer issues. The role coordinates between Sales and Operations to resolve problems, promotes additional services, identifies renewal opportunities, and seeks potential upgrades. Ideal candidates excel in relationship-building, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration, with ability to manage multiple requests in a technical environment. Hybrid work schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote) for offices in Charlotte, NC; Birmingham, AL; or Marietta, GA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years' experience within the HVAC or services industry
