Job Summary
Coordinate customer projects from sale through installation, keeping clients informed with proactive communication. Manage service cases, warranty claims, repairs, and project issues while supporting Sales Consultants with order coordination and follow-through. Follow up on open quotes using proven systems and collaborate with Sales, Install, Warehouse, and Leadership to resolve challenges before they escalate. This full-time, on-site role in Meridian requires exceptional organization, outstanding communication, and strong problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional experiences. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, helping people and bringing order to chaos.
