Job Summary
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone or ticketing systems, addressing requests to disconnect services, resolving billing issues, and scheduling appointments. Actively listen to understand customer needs while offering creative solutions, negotiating household spend, and upselling additional services. Handle add/change/delete requests in hosted platforms and meet weekly and monthly sales activity goals using company-approved scripts. Work on-site at a store location, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with demonstrated patience and a working knowledge of Cable One products.
