Job Summary
Customer Care Analyst responsible for ensuring high satisfaction and increasing revenue through building and maintaining long-term relationships with defined accounts or intermediaries such as brokers. Develop strategies for managing assigned accounts with relevant channels; serve as the primary interface for accounts providing day-to-day support, service, and advice; may identify, develop and close new sales opportunities by creating demand and awareness of AIA's products among existing accounts; may be involved in acquiring new accounts. The role emphasizes relationship management, account strategy, and proactive service to drive revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop account strategies and manage relationships with defined customer base or intermediaries
