Job Summary
Customer Care Agent in Rainham (Essex) supports customers across quotations, new business, renewals and existing policies via telephone, post and live chat. Office-based role with structured training, adherence to SLAs and KPIs, and opportunities to improve service delivery and regulatory compliance. The role requires at least 12 months of insurance experience, strong communication, integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to customer service excellence. Responsibilities include administering policies, achieving service levels, reporting on key metrics, and supporting the Customer Care team to drive conversion and retention, while ensuring FCA/ICOBS regulatory compliance and ongoing CPD.
