Job Summary
As a Customer Care Agent in Fleet Management at Ayvens, you will be responsible for managing customer vehicle fleets through service solutions, providing comprehensive consultation on fleet management including procurement, financing, and marketing. The role requires collaboration with internal departments, analyzing and optimizing fleets for efficiency and cost-saving opportunities, and customizing service features for clients from offer creation to closure. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, open to utilizing AI and digital innovations, with strong teamwork and customer service skills. A vocational training background in a relevant field is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in the service or service sector (commercial or technical)

Desired Qualifications
