Job Summary
Handle customer queries related to insurance policies and services, assisting with premium payments and service requests. Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when required, while updating customer details accurately in the CRM system. Maintain high service quality and meet performance targets including AHT, CSAT, and FCR. Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines throughout the role. Excellent verbal communication skills and basic computer knowledge are required. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
