Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for callers with professionalism and empathy, listening attentively to understand needs while gathering accurate information. Document conversations thoroughly and follow established procedures to ensure timely message delivery. Provide a calm, reassuring experience during routine inquiries and emotionally sensitive situations, including supporting families contacting funeral homes during times of loss. Handle confidential information with discretion while navigating multiple computer systems. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time training is provided over three weeks, followed by ongoing coaching and development.
Required Qualifications
