Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues related to orders, returns, and delivery. Process order changes and transactions with high accuracy while monitoring status and communicating updates. Build strong relationships with business customers by offering timely, solution-oriented support across Canadian and offshore teams. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Merchandising to ensure seamless service delivery. Share customer feedback and recurring issues to drive continuous process improvements. Fully bilingual in English and French, with a hybrid schedule and competitive compensation ranging from $45,000 to $55,000.
Required Qualifications
- Fully Bilingual – Able to provide excellent customer care fluently in both English and French

- Strong Communicator – You're clear, professional, and confident in your written and verbal communication, and comfortable supporting customers over phone, email, and chat.
