Job Summary
Customer Care Agent to support delivery recovery across Fulfillment Centers, handling hot deliveries, VIP escalation, and multi-channel customer communication. Responsibilities include real-time monitoring of recoveries, coordinating same-day/next-day recoveries with RFCs, documenting resolutions in systems (Package AI, Storis, Salesforce), maintaining SOPs, and delivering proactive, white-glove service to VIP customers while partnering with Store Operations and RFC personnel. Requires comfort with fast-paced environments, problem-solving, strong communication, and experience with chat, phone, and email support.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- 1-2 years' experience in fast-paced environments
- Experience with chat, phone and email support; proficient in computer systems and CRM (e.g., Microsoft Office)
