Job Summary
Part-time Customer CARe Advisor on a fixed-term 6-month parental leave contract, supporting customers through their repair journey across Thomastown and Tullamarine. Responsibilities include providing friendly and efficient customer service, handling in-person and phone inquiries, updating customers on repair progress, coordinating with internal teams and insurance companies, managing bookings and schedules, and maintaining accurate records. Must deliver a positive, proactive customer experience with strong communication, organisational, and IT skills; automotive or insurance industry experience is advantageous. Roles require a consistent schedule with set days and hours.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- IT literacy and ability to learn software systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Automotive or insurance industry experience helpful but not essential
- Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights
