Job Summary
Be the point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the end-to-end repair journey across multiple sites, liaising with insurers, resolving inquiries, maintaining records of customer interactions and bookings, and supporting a positive customer experience across Loganholme, Virginia, Ashmore and Brendale. Collaborative team role with flexibility to travel between sites, IT-literate, and experience with automotive insurance claims or customer service is highly desirable.
