Job Summary
Deliver technical, troubleshooting, and service support via phone, chat, and email to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers with patient assistance while maintaining confidentiality to protect bank operations. Perform outbound calls as needed to encourage digital adoption and inform customers about appropriate products and services. Adapt to change and respond to all requests in a professional, positive manner while participating in required training sessions and team meetings. Manage relationships for digital-first customers by leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills to resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to leverage strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently and accurately
- Ability to maintain mental concentration and visual attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage time
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to adapt to change and respond to all requests in a professional and positive manner
- Ability to maintain customer confidence and protect bank operations by keeping information confidential
- Ability to express desire and show the willingness to assist customers and resolve issues
- Ability to attend and participate in training sessions and team meetings
Desired Qualifications
- Previous banking experience
- Ability to obtain Busey account with online/mobile banking
- Knowledge of web browsers, digital offerings and products and services
