Job Summary
Customer Care Advisor provides proactive support to digital-first banking customers via phone, chat, and email; aims to ensure satisfaction and retention, de-escalate issues, and refer customers to products/services as appropriate. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, participating in training, and possessing strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Education includes a high school diploma; familiarity with web browsers and online banking is desired. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to obtain Busey account with online/mobile banking
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
