Job Summary
Provide empathetic, professional customer support for Karooo or Cartrack’s SaaS platform; explain platform applications to customers, train customers to derive value from the software, maintain a positive attitude, resolve complaints, respond to inquiries via multiple channels, gather feedback on service efficiency, and identify opportunities to upsell services or software. Must have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), be proficient in English and Filipino, be tech-savvy, and capable of working both collaboratively and independently.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelors Degree in any field with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in customer service
- Proficient in English and Filipino
- Tech-savvy and computer literate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on and a positive attitude
- Team player with a high level of energy and able to work independently
