Job Summary
Assist specific customers with back-office processes including accounts receivable, order processing, and customer service inquiries. Resolve internal and external issues by returning phone calls and emails, researching accounts to explain open invoices and short pays, and following up on general collections per established guidelines. Process incoming orders, answer first-level support questions, and provide document requests while communicating with Sales Teams and Customer Account Services. Maintain effective communication regarding state-specific beverage laws and forward necessary paperwork to the A/R Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 1 year of experience
- Knowledge with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Knowledge of federal regulatory guidelines
- Knowledge of organizational objectives
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in creating pivot tables
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in developing charts
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in creating complex formulas
- Ability to sit and type/keyboarding using a computer (i.e., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or calculator
- Ability to walk, carry, reaching, standing, and stooping
- Ability to lift/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
- Stay abreast of state-specific alcoholic beverage laws
- Stay abreast of state listings laws
