Job Summary
Customer Care Representative for Stones River Electric responsible for assisting internal and external customers by providing service and billing information. Responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, processing service requests, updating customer portals, coordinating with Service Coordinators and notifying customers of service dates, uploading documentation to customer portals as well as accounting/work order system, and data entry. Requires attention to detail and working knowledge of Excel/Microsoft Office; minimum 3 years of service customer care experience. In-house training and opportunities for growth provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have a working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Must have at least 3 years of service customer care experience
