Job Summary
Make outbound calls to current and potential customers across the country to promote and sell tailored products and services. Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and guide clients toward the best options using internal systems to manage accounts and process orders. Collaborate with departments to resolve issues, follow scripts and compliance guidelines, and maintain accurate records while staying current with training and product updates. Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
