Job Summary
Conduct outbound sales calls to current and potential customers across the country, introducing tailored products and services while resolving inquiries and guiding clients toward optimal solutions. Manage accounts and process orders using internal systems, collaborate with departments to address issues, and maintain accurate records to protect customer data. Adhere strictly to scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines while staying current with product updates and training. Complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test. Submit to a Level II background and drug screening as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
