Customer Business Manager - Walmart

Customer Business Manager for Walmart (Lactalis US Yogurt) is a fully remote role responsible for developing and executing customer-specific plans to maximize growth and hit topline/bottom-line targets. Key duties include building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales and financial budgets, translating customer needs into Lactalis product and service strategies, evaluating results against sales objectives, coordinating with sales teams for strategic initiatives (promotions, distribution, assortment, new item launches), managing trade spend efficiency, leveraging external data resources (IRI, etc.), monitoring broker execution, participating in regional trade shows, and driving category leadership through data-informed decisions. Travel is required monthly; role supports remote collaboration with brokers and customers, including AWG, other wholesale accounts, and Military. Proficiency in category management, data analysis, and sales planning is expected, with a focus on distribution, share of shelf, and promo strategy.
