Conduct night shifts in the Food section from 22:00 to 06:00, managing high-pressure customer demand by serving, selling, and filling shelves. Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products while utilizing digital tools like the Sparks App to enhance the customer experience. Adapt flexibly across various store areas to support a seamless service, ensuring customers feel valued during busy periods. Work as a resilient team player to drive sales growth and maintain a positive, high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Age 18 or over
- Resilient and committed brand ambassador
- Ready to roll their sleeves up and go again, day in and day out
