Job Summary
Conduct frontline customer service in the M&S Food section by serving, selling, and filling shelves while meeting strong demand. Recommend and sell newest food products using digital tools like Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience. Adapt to changing store demands across various areas, supporting the team to deliver a seamless experience in a high-pressure environment. Work Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00 and Sundays from 05:45 to 13:45, with unsocial premium for hours between 22:00 and 06:00. Must be 18 or older due to health and safety legislation.
