Job Summary
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section in Epping. You’ll be at the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace, confidently recommending and selling new food products, and using Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience. You’ll thrive in a high-pressure environment, stay sharp and flexible as the store gets busy, and work across various areas of the store. The role is part-time with shifts on Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat from 16:00 to 20:00, emphasizing a team-first, customer-focused approach and a readiness to help drive sales.
