Conduct customer service, product knowledge, and sales support in the M&S Food section, utilizing digital tools like the Sparks App to fulfill orders and enhance the shopping experience. Fill shelves, assist customers with product recommendations, and adapt to changing demands across various store areas while maintaining a high-energy, team-focused environment. Work flexible shifts on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 17:00 to 21:00, thriving in a high-pressure retail setting to drive sales growth and ensure customers feel valued.
