Conduct frontline service in the M&S Food section by serving, selling, and filling shelves while managing high-pressure customer demand. Utilize digital tools like Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience and ensure product availability. Work across various store areas with flexibility to adapt to changing demands, supporting a team in delivering a seamless service. Maintain five-star service standards and confidently recommend new food products to drive sales growth.
