Conduct frontline customer service in the Fashion, Home & Beauty section by delivering style advice, driving sales, and ensuring five-star service standards. Utilize digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience and accelerate store growth. Maintain high efficiency and accuracy while adapting quickly to high-demand environments and shifting store needs. Support team members with energy and purpose to foster a positive retail atmosphere. This role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from 0600-1200.
