Job Summary
Build relationships with existing and new customers, promoting the Society’s products and services. Deliver exceptional customer service as part of a team, identifying customer needs and referring to specialists when needed. Engage with customers face-to-face, by telephone, or via video call, process requests accurately, balance tills and administration, and support branch objectives. May work at other branches to meet demand and participate in community events; DBS check will be undertaken upon offer of employment. Focus on customer experience, flexibility, and professional representation across multiple channels.
Required Qualifications
- Good level of numeracy and literacy
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Experience of contributing effectively working as part of a team
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
