Utilize digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience and support the new M&S transformation. Maintain high standards of speed and accuracy in a high-demand environment, adapting quickly to where you are needed across the store. Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and ensuring everyone moves with purpose. Operate Tuesday mornings from 08:30-15:00 and Saturday mornings from 08:00-14:30.
