Job Summary
Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries while providing high-level customer service face-to-face and over the phone. Meet and greet customers, provide directions, and assess rental conditions upon return to process check-ins, returns, and exit kiosk transactions. Assist with administrative tasks including billing support, accounts receivables, key logs, and reporting while selling optional protection products and upgrades. Notify management of vehicle problems and perform backup duties as assigned. This full-time role at Enterprise Ontario Airport requires open availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year prior sales experience
- Open availability and ability to work full time (40 hours/week) days, nights, weekends & holidays
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Customer facing sales experience preferred
