Job Summary
Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries while providing information and resolution to customers and business partners. Meet and greet customers in person, provide directions, and assess rental conditions upon return. Process check-ins, exit kiosk transactions, and perform administrative tasks including billing support, accounts receivables, and transfer logs. Notify management of vehicle problems and required maintenance. May sell optional protection products, upgrades, and fuel options. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with Saturday and Sunday off.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English
- Must be willing to accept $24/hour
- Apart from religious observations, must be available to work the following schedule: 1) Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM OFF SATURDAY SUNDAY
