Job Summary
Customer Assistance Manager role overseeing regional operations with a focus on world-class customer experience and efficient collection efforts. Travel is required up to 95% to customers’ residences; responsibilities include analyzing performance trends, ensuring professional service, off-loading merchandise returns, and providing collections support. Must have a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and prior management/collections experience. Strong communication skills, the ability to lift heavy objects, and a professional appearance are required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus. Required Qualifications

- A driving record that meets company standards
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Fluency is a strong plus, but not required
- Prior management and collections experience
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Must regularly lift 50-75 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
