Job Summary
Customer Assistance Executive role within Irish Life Health’s Customer Relations Team. Responsibilities include directly interacting with customers to manage and resolve dissatisfaction, collaborating to meet KPIs and service targets, generating analysis of dissatisfaction trends, handling escalations in a compliant manner, ensuring root-cause analysis to prevent repeat incidents, and building collaborative relationships across the business. The role demands excellent written and verbal communications, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a customer-focused approach in a health-insurance/financial-services context. Hybrid work model with City Centre/Cork Office presence; part-home/part-office working arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold an APA PM
- Professional qualification applicable to role e.g. QFA
- Strong relevant business experience ideally in operational team and knowledge of process and systems
