Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day running of the New Witney Centenary Way store, often acting as the sole manager with full accountability for operations. Work closely with a small team to ensure the shop runs like clockwork, delivering efficient and safe customer service while coaching colleagues to maintain high standards. Lead people management by handling performance reviews, conducting disciplinary actions, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay. Deliver KPIs and drive performance in a fast-paced environment, taking operational leadership when senior management is absent. Support other stores within the close-knit network as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Experience of leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
